What’s the future for independent agencies?
It might sound simple, but the answer is: Keep being independent. If not, we will start doing things we probably don’t like. Moreover, we will lack of our personallity. We will most likelly start reporting someone overseas and stop thinking in an independent way. And let’s be honest, we don’t want this now. Independent equals innovation. And innovation means new thinking everyday. You can only do this when you are independent. Or when you care about failing, but at least you have the possibility of failure. Or maybe we have to create a new relationship with big groups.

How will you be part of it?
As we said, failing and successing. Trying once, and twice and everytime to do things in a different way things are made. Hiring people that really want to become part of innovation. Doing things that can change business models. And enjoying the process.
